    Mine is the Corgi edition published in 1993.

      @mike-schilling, FWIW, we have the same edition as Jason Tank (at least the same ISBN) and I just went through the sections. Here are the actual splits:

      1, 32, 65, 101, 134/135, 167, 202, 239, 276/277, 313, 351, 386
