Glyph

Glyph is worse than some and better than others. He believes that life is just one damned thing after another, that only pop music can save us now, and that mercy is the mark of a great man (but he's just all right). Nothing he writes here should be taken as an indication that he knows anything about anything.

  I think next time I want to go back to (mostly) longer chunks though; if not a whole album at a time, at least a side, or an EP, or just say 10 minutes’ worth of uninterrupted something. This was moving too fast for me to capture anything at all for the post – I even gave up on capturing just the songs halfway through (at that point it definitely got more fun). Plus the technical issues (I am not sure why we kept hitting so many unplayable videos) feel more derailing when there are more of them (because the videos are switching more frequently).
  
  When it’s moving that fast, I am also thinking “what can I play next?” and digging for that, instead of intently listening to what’s on. Which sort of defeats the original purpose a little.Report
