Bacon and eggs for breakfast (sprinkled with cheese).
Grilled Chicken breast, make that two, for lunch. Some cheese. Maybe some bacon. No eggs, though.
Salad with mixed greens, chicken breast, cheese, bacon, and Caesar dressing for dinner. (Note to self, hard boil eggs. Put one on salad.)
Four days so far this week. Four meal plans faithfully followed.
Tomorrow’s meal plan? Pretty much the same thing.
Only forever more of this to go. Maybe put a steak in there, from time to time.
Since I’m in induction, that means no cheat meals this weekend. Not only no cheat meals, no meals involving berries this weekend. No glasses of milk this weekend. No nothing. Nothing but eggs, bacon, chicken, mixed greens, and cheese.
Now I just have to figure out how to Taco Bell these five ingredients into something cool.
Maybe melt the cheese?
Anyway, this weekend will be spent experimenting in the kitchen and doing the first “this is normal” weekend that involves not noticing how everything is now back to normal. Except I think I’m visiting my sister’s on Friday? And I think we’re going out to dinner this Saturday with a couple of lovely friends and we’re going to hammer out a good deed that we wish to do for one of our besties. (And that particular good deed is likely to be a weekend post in the coming weekends.)
So… what’s on your docket?
