Jaybird

Jaybird is Birdmojo on Xbox Live and Jaybirdmojo on Playstation's network. He's been playing consoles since the Atari 2600 and it was Zork that taught him how to touch-type. If you've got a song for Wednesday, a commercial for Saturday, a recommendation for Tuesday, an essay for Monday, or, heck, just a handful a questions, fire off an email to AskJaybird-at-gmail.com

I just started playing Divinity: Original Sin 2.

I had trouble getting into the first one, mostly because it was impossible to work out what you were supposed to be doing at any point. As such the game tended to involve blundering around looking for plot, and hoping you didn’t run into something that would wipe your party.

But so far the plot is proceeding more coherently for the sequel, and its really nice to play an RPG that is more focused on choices than action. The first part of the game (this isn’t a spoiler its in the game’s promotion) is escaping from a prison colony, and I’ve identified three distinct ways of doing it, and there are probably others I’ve missed.Report

The Skyrim HD version was at a deep discount so I downloaded it. Damn, I’d forgotten how beautiful that game is.

Just the right level of complexity for me also.Report
