Self delusion reigns supreme. One might think that faced with collapsing popularity, a fundamentally weakened base, and a political strategy teetering on collapse, members of the Republican debacle might think twice before speaking of relevance or kookiness. Sigh….

Now, this would be the same David Frum who hawks himself and his irrelevant books (yes, another unsuccessful author by another of our leader wanna-bes) on Bill Maher’s show and the Daily Show. Somehow David has a high tolerance level for the endless vulgarity and ridicule these hosts viciously and personally unleash against prominent conservatives and Republicans. So, too, do liberals and Democrats. With Maher’s and Stewart’s “f” bombs falling all around him, David enjoys the attention he so craves but does not get from conservatives. And this character flaw is only part of the reason why David is so contemptible. He is a self-serving hypocrite who seeks not the advancement of conservatism but himself.

Oy vey. Truly – the log in Levin’s eye must be mammoth. I won’t say a peep in defense of Maher – who really is a ludicrous figure – but I like Jon Stewart, and this notion that he is in any way like the conservative punditry that dominates right-wing airwaves is just silly.

I notice that the Great One didn’t defend his indecent comments but resorted to insults and pointing out that his critics don’t share his immense popularity.

Way to elevate the conversation, Will! Did it escape your notice that you sign on to criticism of Levin as nasty and rude with a post in which you refer to Levin as an “asshole” and for which you created the new category of “douchebaggery”?

Levin kicks ass….wouldnt expect anything but criticism from a blog called League of Douchebag Wusses…. Someday people will wake up and the leeches on the left will actually have to work for a living…

I can see that you do not like the delivery of Mark Levin, but I have not heard anything that is disputing what he says politically. I guess, like in grade school, if you don’t have anything intelligent to say just find a way to denounce him socially.
