Chris’ Recipe for Post-Workout Shake

3 Bananas.
1 Large Dollop of A)  All Natural Peanut Butter and B) No Fat Plain Yogurt.
2-3 spoonfuls Frozen Blueberries.
10-12 oz. Water.
1.5 scoops of Protein Powder.
Blend. Enjoy.
(Optional) 4 icecubes to chill–add after blending.
Lunch of Champions.

THREE bananas? Good Lord, how do you choke that down?

And try making it with coconut water, which is the nature’s sports beverage. (And is mad yummy, as the kids would say.)

It’s about as thick as diesel grease. Well not quite but it’s definitely a liquid meal in a cup.

probably. speaking of metamucil I forgot about this. but it’s quite funny (and disturbing).

Will,

Right now I’m a mere custodian at my church awaiting a spot to open up. Then I’ll be an ordained assistant for a couple of years. An intern priest if you like. So my timeframe to be head dude in charge (other than that Jesus fellow) is a ways away still.
