If the Stockholm County Administrative Board, which supervises foundations in Sweden’s capital, finds that prize founder Alfred Nobel’s will is not being honored, it has the authority to suspend award decisions going back three years — though that would be unlikely and unprecedented, said Mikael Wiman, a legal expert working for the county. I don’t know the NM site so it may work there. But quoting Michael Steele is not exactly a reliable or consistent source. He changes his opinion on Medicaid by the day and isn’t known for …umm … rigorous thought.
And criticizing Medicaid cost growth w/o the context of all health costs going up is a bit disingenuous. All costs are going up, so it is no surprise that Medicaid costs are rising. Especially when Medicaid has many of the highest need citizens.
