The second national college debate tournament of the year. Mary Washington beat Cal in double-octos, Emory in octos, and is now hitting another Emory team in the quarter-finals. Go Eagles!

Since Kentuckians and Virginians are cousins I think rolling out the red carpet for the students from the Old Dominion is the least we can do.

Also, would you rather have a bunch of uppity liberals from Cal or Emory or Harvard win UK’s tournament? Or some fine fellows from the Old Dominion pull an upset?
