Yes it does! But my question is, was he referring to Vietnam.

Also, “right down to your little pinkies”? Nice cognitive suggestion there, Senator.

To your question, I don’t think he was.

Yes, he said pinkies although I have a hard time reading more into it than as an anatomical reference. That’s just me though.
