When finished, the forward section of each hull on Mon Tiki will be a small stateroom with a private entrance, a single bunk, a small dresser/vanity, and additional storage under the bunk. Modest accommodations for a full-grown man, but luxurious for my two daughters.

Dude, that kind of looks cozy just the way it is. Why overthink it?
The bunk in each state-room will be more or less as you see in the photo. Storage under the bunk is accessed by lifting the bunk cushion. The dresser is in the area the photographer is standing over, just aft of the bunk, and opposite the entry hatch and ladder.
State-room seems a bit of a…well…overstatement.
